Great location. Close to mall, restaurants and cafes. Walking distance to 'Checkpoint Charlie' Subway just a block away. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice dining area and bar. Very good breakfast with lots of options.

Quite disappointing. Internet not working well. Restaurant not open on Mon (?) lunge very basic and service a bit lacking. I’ve been to few crown plazas and this is not the best. At least the location is quiet and a walking distance from few restaurants

We stay in a lot of IHG because they are a consistently good chain This hotels positives are Quiet residential area close to some of Berlin tourist sites Comfortable beds Big tv in room Friendly bar, restaurant and reception staff Excellent bar Wonderful restaurant and bar snacks Great shower If I’m going to nit pick I would like the bar to be open earlier on (17:30) Better pillows That isn’t a criticism because we would stay again without even considering anywhere else Thank you

Lovely clean hotel about 15 min walk from station at Potsdamer Platz and 5 min walk to Möckernbrücke subway. Staff were welcoming and very helpful during our 3 night stay. The breakfast was excellent with a huge choice of continental and cooked. Our room and bathroom were spotless and quite spacious, perhaps a little bright during the night as the fridge had a glass door, however this wasn’t an issue as the room was warm and cosy, we were tired and slept very well. If this had been a problem we could have parked a suitcase in front. Overall a great stay!

Friendly and welcoming check in experience with receptionist Lukas, upgraded to Junior Suite which was fantastic. Room was spotless, silent and very comfortable. Giant King bed was amazing, bedding was warm and cozy. Huge bathtub and separate rain shower made the stay even better. Great views from top floor over Berlin. Housekeeping was very good and very thorough. Amenities were very good. Made use of Club Lounge which was warmly received - great selection of drinks and some snacks in a very relaxing atmosphere. Location of hotel is amazing - so many public transport options and a 7 minute walk to the main area of Potsdamer Platz. My only small issue encountered was during a late checkout, housekeeping weren’t aware, but a call to reception resolved this quickly. Highly recommended.
